The Council on Franchise Transparency (“CFT”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) operates, hosts, and manages a website, http://www.franchisetransparency.org ( “Website”). This Privacy Policy describes, among other things, the types of information we collect, how we use it, and how we share the information. Any terms not defined in this Privacy Policy are defined in our Terms of Use (“Terms”).

INFORMATION WE COLLECT AND HOW WE USE IT

DISCLOSURE TO THIRD PARTIES
